Sbricks Purchases Homecues for $1 Million

SBricks, on-demand home services provider has purchased HomeCues, the home services aggregator for around $1 million.

According to the norms of the deal, HomeCues, retaining its original name, will be treated as a subsidiary company of SBricks, and the two enterprises will divide their primary focus into business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors, respectively. The HomeCues will work on the B2C segment and SBricks will be handling the B2B vertical.

SBricks was founded by Nithin Reddyin February 2015. It provides professional services and reliable service providers for repair and cleaning services. The startup provides 40 services along with pre-approved screened service providers listing that offer home maintenance services. The firm will soon launch its facility management operations.


D Nithin Reddy, CEO of SBricks, said,

“We are aiming at standardising these home services. Once we have created a perfect model in Hyderabad, replicating this to other cities is not going be a problem. The company is also considering franchises in smaller cities and towns,”

Previously, in December, SBricks, a Hyderabad-based firm has acquired Melway, a facility management solutions provider. Currently, it is searching for a cleaning and laundry services startup to acquire by the end of the year 2016.
