Don’t Scratch Your Head, A logistics reconciliation firm raises Rs 1.7cr from VCats

On 07 July 2016, Venture Catalysts (VCats) has announced its investment into SaaS-based logistics reconciliation platform Don’t Scratch Your Head (DSYH) of $250,000 (around Rs 1.68 crore).

Mumbai-based Zaffiro Ventures and Venture Catalysts Surat, headed by Gaurav Singhvi, the investment into DSYH will assist the Venture Catalysts’ physical growth into Surat and marks its first Gujarat-centric investment, VCats said in a statement here. With a focus on the e-commerce industry, Ahmedabad-based DSYH was a segment of the accelerator programmer of Reliance Industries, GenNext Hub and is an advanced data analytics SaaS start-up in the logistics reconciliation universe across different sectors.

DSYH reconciles accounts, returned orders, payments, and promotional amounts via a consolidated and single window to eliminate one of the biggest pain issues in the e-commerce retailer ecosystem and allows their associated with numerous marketplaces.

Don’t Scratch Your Head

Venture Catalysts aided over 09 investments worth beyond $1.5 million in capable startups such as Vahanalytics, vPhrase Analytics, ConfirmTKT and Siftrsince 2015, when the operations launched. The firm has several planned partnerships with prominent industry players such as HDFC, Cox and Kings, and Plug and Play, offering its invested startups to increase their chance of success by improving business opportunities and provide access to major corporate firms in India.

A SaaS-based platform with major focus on reconciliation, specially designed for e-commerce channels, DSYH was came into existence in November 2015 with initial investment of about Rs 50-lakh. Why the funny name?

Suraj says, “Sellers start scratching their head when they find severe mismatch while reconciling two records – their own and the marketplaces. We solve that, and hence ‘Don’t Scratch Your Head’.”
