BreadnPulp – Another Failed Online Food Ordering Startup

BreadnPulp was an online food ordering platform from where you can order breakfast. The young minds of India’s prominent educational institution, IIT, have created the platform with an aim to make everyday breakfast a daily fancy gourmet affair that you can avail from the comfort of your home.

But, according to information published on the website, they have shut down their services. It is an estimate that they are not getting the ample response for their services. Hence, due to lack of funds, they have temporarily shut down their services.

Note- No official reason has been stated by the firm.

You have to just visit the website, select your breakfast items and place the order. The process is time-saving and costs effective. The price that they offer is reasonable as well. You can also “pre-order” your breakfast in order to choose in advance what your next day’s breakfast will be. They call their breakfast meal a ‘Kickerr’.

In the hustle bustle of morning time, people get less time for breakfast and especially when they are living away from their home. Hence, most of the times they skip taking breakfast. Considering the issues of working persons, a team of IIT alumni has decided to make the breakfast process easy and faster. But unfortunately, the idea didn’t work well.

It was a Mumbai-based firm. The website was launched in 2015 and operated by Zealit Foods Private Limited. Currently, it is operational in Mumbai only.
